PASTA WITH TOMATOES & CAPERS

Ingredients

250 g spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
3 Tbsp. Citrus Habanero Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp. capers
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
Salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (optional)
Fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat Citrus Habanero Infused Olive Oil and butter in a skillet. Add tomatoes, capers and Oh! So Garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes over medium heat or until tomatoes are tender. Drain pasta. When the tomato mixture is done, add the pasta to the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until heated through. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and
chopped fresh basil, if so
desired. Serve immediately.
